Scope

These terms govern your use of this website and the free tools published on it. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

The free tools

The audit tools on this site query live public data — DNS records, publicly accessible files on the domain you enter, and third-party APIs. They are provided free and without warranty. They are diagnostic aids, not a substitute for professional assessment, and results reflect what was publicly retrievable at the moment you ran the check.

Only check domains you own or are authorised to assess. Automated or bulk use is not permitted.

Content and estimates

Articles, guidance and planning estimates published here are general information. The media planning calculator produces modelled estimates from published platform benchmarks; it is a planning aid and not a forecast, projection or guarantee of results.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, code and graphics — is the property of Live Ajans unless stated otherwise. You may quote reasonable extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions without written permission.

Limitation of liability

This site and its tools are provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Ajans is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its published content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction of the Live Ajans entity you contract with. For clients in the EEA, that is Germany; for clients in North America, Delaware, United States; otherwise, Turkey.
