Who we are
Live Ajans operates from three offices: a registered office at 8 The Green Ste D, Dover, DE 19901, United States; a European office at At Wehrhahn 12, 40211 Düsseldorf, Germany; and an operations office in Esenyurt, Istanbul, Turkey. For data protection enquiries, contact info@liveajans.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a project brief or contact form, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name and the details of your enquiry.
Information collected automatically. With your consent, we collect anonymised analytics about how the site is used — pages visited, approximate region, device type and referring source. Without consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set.
What we do not collect. Our free tools do not store the domains you check or the results. The email deliverability checker runs entirely in your browser and never sends your domain to us at all.
Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request (contractual necessity); to improve the website and understand which content is useful (consent); and to comply with legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
Legal basis and your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email info@liveajans.com — we respond within thirty days.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site functioning and are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate — our hosting provider, email delivery and, where you have consented, analytics providers. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
International transfers
Because we operate in the United States, Germany and Turkey, data may be transferred between these jurisdictions. Transfers out of the EEA are made under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for three years from last contact so we can maintain continuity if you return. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months. You may request deletion earlier at any time.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security. Enquiry data is stored on access-controlled systems. We do not store payment card details.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the update date above and, where the change is significant, announced on the site.
